Bad news today, our potential buyer has decided not to buy the condo. So we are left to finish all the little things we had been doing to the condo before we thought we had a potential buyer, and start advertising. First thing, replacing all the old light switch covers. 2 bedroom condo in the Mad River Valley, anyone?
