Gearing up to sell the Condo

gs and I spent the weekend cleaning out closets, packing up knick knacks, and sifting through our library. We are going to spend the next two weeks getting the condo ready to sell. We are packing away some things in the storage unit, and getting rid of things we don't need. We are trying to make the place look as spacious as possible. We also have to put in a new floor in the bathroom, replace two doors, put in a new kitchen faucet, and touch up some paint. We are trying to just work one step at a time, in a timely fashion of course. We got some books and contracts on selling your own place, and I am going to meet with a real estate lawyer next week, Vermont requires a lawyer for all real estate sales. We welcome any advice from people who have sold their own place!
