Cleaning up our act

We have been pretty busy the last week, trying to get the house in shape. We had planned on putting it on the market this weekend, but we already have an interested buyer, who heard we are selling the place. He came by Monday night, and we are waiting to hear back if he has been approved for a loan. Cross your fingers. Here are a couple of pics of the place, we have been trying to make it look more spacious, though to me it is feeling alot less homey. gs also put in a new sink, it is kind of plain, but a big improvement over the old one. I have been impressed with all the work he has done on the place. I have been busy reading real estate books and talking to a lawyer, selling a house with out an agent is a real challenge!
